The Vivekananda Foundation Trust is a registered non-governmental organization committed to comprehensive community development in Majuli, Assam. This report presents our work over a period of three years from 2023 to 2025 in integrated community development initiatives aimed at social upliftment, educational empowerment, cultural preservation, and environmental sustainability.
Our projects are designed to address the holistic development of children, youth, and the wider community through education, awareness, residential facilities, and value-based programs. Each component is interconnected and supports the long-term vision of sustainable village development through our "My Village, My Dream" initiative.
Founded with inspiration from the teachings of Swami Vivekananda, our organization embodies the spirit of selfless service and community welfare. We started our journey with a small group of dedicated volunteers committed to making a difference in the lives of underprivileged sections of society.
